At an early age Aishwarya Rai's parents moved to Mumbai where Aishwarya Rai attended the Arya Vidya Mandir high school in Santa Cruz. Rai then entered Jai Hind College at Churchgate for one year, and then moved to Ruparel College in Matunga to finish her "HSC" studies. Aishwarya Rai did well in school and planned to become an architect and went on pursuing studies in architecture.

Adriana Lima's April 2006 GQ cover was the highest-selling issue that magazine for the year. Adriana Lima also appeared in the 2005 Pirelli Calendar and became the face of Italy's cell phone carrier, Telecom Italia Mobile, a move that earned her the nickname, "the Catherine Zeta-Jones of Italy."
